RESTAURANTS & TAKEAWAYS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE:
Poenamo Restaurant & Bar
Turn left at driveway, walk straight through the roundabout, and straight through the first set of lights, after Mobil Service Station is the Poenamo Bar and Restaurant on the left.
McDonalds
Turn left at drive, walk straight through roundabout and turn right at set of lights. It is approx. 50 metres on the right before Fox Outlet.
Food Court
Food City – Indian, thai and chinese in a food court located at Northcote Shopping Centre. Turn left at driveway, then at roundabout turn right, follow Lake road till you get to Northcote Shopping Centre on your left – there are a number of authentic eateries located at the shopping centre.
SHOPS
Turn left at drive and on the first corner is a Bakery, Dairy, Chinese takeaways and fresh fruit/vegetables.
Northcote Shopping Centre
Turn left at drive and turn right at the roundabout. Approx. 1 kilometre on your left hand side is a shopping centre with a supermarket, ASB Bank, Post Office and many other shops of interest.
Fox Outlet Shops
Turn left at drive and follow through roundabout and turn right at set of lights and it is approx. 50 metres on right just after Mcdonalds.
PETROL
There are 3 petrol stations close by. Turn left at driveway.
BP – right side approx 50 metres past roundabout.
Shell – left side through roundabout just before lights.
Mobil – left side just thorugh the lights. Has an ATM machine located inside.

SPORTS/GYM YMCA
Squash Courts and fully equipped Gym. Turn left at drive and follow down through roundabout and turn right at lights. The building is on the right approximately 200 metres. Parking is available in the Fox Outlet Centre preceding it.
GOLF COURSE/RANGE
There is a Golf course very close. Turn left at drive and follow straight through the roundabout and through the lights. It is approx. 500 metres on your left. Your will see a big carpark in front of the Golf Course.
MOTORWAY
NORTH – Turn left at drive and proceed straight through the roundabout and two sets of lights (second set being a crossing). To head NORTH, stay in the left lane and turn left at 3rd set of lights for the motorway offramp.
SOUTH – Turn left at drive and proceed straight through the roundabout making your way into the right lane. At the first set of lights turn right and follow Akoranga Drive until you get to the motorway overbridge, turn right at the ramp to head south.
NORTHSHORE EVENTS CENTRE
The North Shore Events Centre (NSEC) is the home of the Burger King New Zealand Breakers as well as being host to many community sports programs and events.
